4. REMOVE SNAP RING
Using 2 screwdrivers and a hammer, ramove the snap
r i n g .
5. REMOVE CONTROL SHAFT COVER AND DUST
BOOT
(a) Rsmovs the control shaft with dust boot from the
shaft.
(b) Remove ths dust boot from the control shaft cover
6. IF NECESSARY, REPLACE CONTROL SHAFT

(a) Using a screwdriver, pry out tha oil seal.
( b ) U s i n g S S T a n d a h a m m e r , d r i v e i n a n e w o i l s e a l .
