14-02 Switching Pattern Shift Frequency

Set the frequency where the switching pattern shifts between SFAVM and 60 AVM. Set a value to keep high-speed motors in SFAVM
mode during ramp-up and during low-speed operation. The value to set is motor-dependent. The pattern shift frequency can be set
when parameter 14-00 Switching Pattern is set to [0] 60 AVM.
