DataCollectionTimeStampGet

Name
DataCollectionTimeStampGet – Gets data collection time stamp.
Input tests
- Refer to section 7.1: "Input Tests Common to all XPS Functions".
Description
This function returns the time stamp in milliseconds that elapsed since the last reset.
