ZygoSendAndReceive

Name
ZygoSendAndReceive – Send a command and read a response from ZYGO box.
Input tests

Refer to section 7.1: "Input Tests Common to all XPS Functions".
Description
Send a command to ZYGO box and wait a response from ZYGO box.
The command string must be defined in the ZYGO format.

• 0:
No error.
• -2:
TCP timeout.
• -1000:
Zygo command execution failed.
• -1001:
The controller is not connected to Zygo TCP server. Run
ZygoStartInterferometer API.
• Zygo errors: Refer to section 8.9: "Error List".
