ZygoStatusStringGet

Name
ZygoStatusStringGet – Gets the ZYGO axis status description via Ethernet.
Input tests
- Refer to section 7.1: "Input Tests Common to all XPS Functions".
- Checks Zygo axis value: (-17)
Description
This function returns the ZYGO axis status description.
Prototype

Return (In addition to the results of "Input Tests Common to all XPS
Functions")
• 0: No error.
• -17: Parameter out of range or incorrect.
int Socket identifier gets by the
"TCP_ConnectToServer" function.
int ZMI Axis number (1 = Y axis and 2 = X axis).
char * ZMI Axis Status description.
