ZygoGetVerInterfero

Name
ZygoGetVerInterfero – Gets firmware version of ZMI system (ZYGO interferometer)
via Ethernet.
Input tests
- Refer to section 7.1: "Input Tests Common to all XPS Functions".
- Checks Zygo is enabled: (-205)
Description
This function returns the ZMI system name and its firmware version number.

Return (In addition to the results of "Input Tests Common to all XPS
Functions")
• 0: No error.
• -2: TCP timeout.
• -205: Not enable in your configuration.
• -1000: Zygo command execution failed.
• -1001: The controller is not connected to Zygo TCP server. Run
ZygoStartInterferometer API.

"TCP_ConnectToServer" function.
