ZygoStatusGet

Name
ZygoStatusGet – Gets the ZYGO axis status code via Ethernet.
Input tests
-
Refer to section 7.1: "Input Tests Common to all XPS Functions".

Checks Zygo axis value: (-17)
-
Checks Zygo is enabled: (-205)
Description
This function returns the ZYGO axis status code.
The axis status codes are listed in the "Zygo axis status list".
The description of the axis status code can be getting with the "ZygoStatusStringGet"
function.

Input parameters

Return (In addition to the results of "Input Tests Common to all XPS
Functions")
• 0:
No error.
• -2:
TCP timeout.
• -17:
Parameter out of range or incorrect.
• -205:
Not enable in your configuration.
• -1000:
Zygo command execution failed.
• -1001:
The controller is not connected to Zygo TCP server. Run
ZygoStartInterferometer API.
• Zygo errors: Refer to section 8.9: "Error List".

"TCP_ConnectToServer" function.
