Hazardous chemicals
Battery chemicals can be hazardous and can explode.
Proceed with caution.
Inspect battery pack terminal, connectors and shelves for moisture or
corrosion.
Are there signs of moisture?
If signs of moisture
are present
are not present
Remove battery packs from the affected shelf.
Clean the affected areas with sodium bicarbonate and water. Continue until
the cleaning liquid does not foam.
Make sure the cleaned area is completely dry. Replace the battery packs on
the shelves.
The inspection procedure is complete.
