To determine if the OPM is in ESA, perform a manual check for a dial tone at
the remote. A PM alarm appears on the MAP screen that indicates the OPM
is in ESA.
If the OPM
has dial tone
does not have dial tone
Determine if the OPM has the ESA timer set for manual recovery from ESA.
To access table OFCENG, type:
>TABLE OFCENG
and press the Enter key.
To check the OPM time of exit, type:
>POS RLCM_XPMESAEXIT
and press the Enter key.
