Remove the -48V fuse for the line drawer containing the faulty bus interface
card.
Remove the +15V fuse for the line drawer containing the faulty bus interface
card.
Remove the +5V fuse for the line drawer containing the faulty bus interface
card.
If entry into this procedure is
due to
replacement of BIC
loss of power in LCM's control-
ler
