The system detects one or more of the following faults in the OPM:
• fuse blown on charger 0 or charger 1
• environmental control unit (ECU) failure
• the battery charger controller driver (BCCDVR) card or the PES alarm
detector (PESALRM) card is peripheral busy (P), system busy (S), or
manual busy (M).

• GREEN
There are no faults in any OPM.
• OFFL
Both the BCCDVR and PESALRM cards are offline.
