Busy LCM unit 0 for card in slot 19 or LCM unit 1 for card in slot 20 by typing
>BSY UNIT lcm_unit
and pressing the Enter key.

Post the C-side peripheral module, previously posted in step 5, where the
OPM is interfaced by typing
>POST host_pm host_pm_no
and pressing the Enter key.

Using the information collected in step 7, busy both links associated with the
faulty card by typing
>BSY LINK link_no
and pressing the Enter key.

At the OPM cabinet

Change dip switch settings on the new replacement card to match the faulty
card being removed.

Replace the NT6X50 card using the common replacing a card procedure in
this document. When the card has been replaced, return to this point.
OPM card replacement procedures
DANGER
Calls in progress may be interrupted.
The craftsperson must wait at least 15 minutes to allow calls
in progress to be completed before removing the NT6X50
DS-1 interface card.
