To do Auto-Tuning, input data for the items in the following tables that have an "×". Before starting Auto-Tuning,
prepare the motor test report or record the information on the motor nameplate as a reference.

Applicable When/Advantages
• When you do not know the encoder Z-pulse offset.
• When the encoder was replaced
• If you have compensated for the deviation from Z
T2-01 = 3
phase (Δθ).
Note:
The motor will rotate slowly while the drive
measures the encoder base position.
• When the information from the motor test report or
motor nameplate is available.
• When you can decouple the motor and load the
T2-01 = 4
motor can rotate freely while Auto-Tuning.
Values measured during Auto-Tuning are
automatically set to the motor parameters.
