2. Turn the timing belt tensioner washer anti-
clockwise until the arrow and mark line up
and tighten the bolt.
3. After tightening the bolt check whether the
marks still line up.
51. Tighten the camshaft timing pulley bolt using the
special tool.
52. Remove the special tool .
53. Remove the special tool .
NOTE: Do not tighten the bolt of the

crankshaft pulley for the moment.
Install the crankshaft belt pulley.
55. NOTE: Only rotate the crankshaft in the
normal direction of rotation.
Turn the crankshaft two turns until no. 1 piston
is at TDC.
