32. Install the timing chain tensioner.
33. Using the special tool, install the timing chain
housing cover.
Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown in
three stages.
Bolts 1 to 5: 10 Nm
Bolt 6:23 Nm
Bolts 7 to 19: 10 Nm
34. Install the accessory drive belt idler.
35. Using the special tool, install the crankshaft
pulley.
Tighten the bolt in two stages.
Stage 1: 100 Nm.
Stage 2: 180 degrees.
