In-vehicle Repair

Removal
1. Raise the vehicle.For additional information, refer
to Section 100-02 Jacking and
2. Detach the exhaust manifold bracket and
disconnect the plugs for the heated oxygen
sensor (H02S).
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Detach the heat shield.
5. Detach the exhaust manifold from the catalytic
converter.
6. Detach the exhaust manifold from the cylinder
head.
Installation
1. Attach the exhaust manifold to the cylinder
head.
