TEST CONDITIONS
A1: FUEL SYSTEM HIGH-PRESSURE TEST
CAUTIONS:
Do not run the fuel system high-pressure test more than twice. Failure to follow this
instruction may result in damage to the fuel pump.
Do not crank the engine for more than 5 seconds during the fuel system high-
pressure test. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the fuel pump.

Generator.

EGR valve sticking
open.
*
EGR vacuum
regulator valve.
*
Turbocharger
vacuum diaphragm
unit.
*
Turbocharger.
*
Air ingress into the
fuel lines.

CHT sensor.

IAT sensor.

MAP sensor.

Fuel injector(s).

Incorrect valve
timing.

Slipping clutch.

Low cylinder
