1. NOTE: A new crankshaft rear seal carrier is
supplied with an alignment sleeve that must
be removed following installation.
NOTE: Do not fully tighten the crankshaft
rear seal carrier retaining bolts at this stage.
Install the crankshaft rear seal carrier.
2. Tighten the crankshaft rear seal carrier
retaining bolts.
3. Remove the crankshaft rear seal carrier
alignment sleeve.
NOTE: Install new flywheel bolts.
4.
NOTE: Do not fully tighten the flywheel bolts
at this stage.
Install the flywheel.
5. Using the special tool, lock the flywheel in
position.

6. Using the special tools, install the flywheel.
Tighten the bolts in three stages.
Stage 1: 18 Nm.
Stage 2: 45 degrees.
Stage 3: 45 degrees
