set system password aging

Use this command to set the number of days user passwords will remain valid before aging out, or
to disable user account password aging.
set system password aging {days | disable}
Syntax Description
days
disable
Command Defaults
None.
Command Type
Switch command.
Command Mode
Super User.
Example
This example shows how to set the system password age time to 45 days:
Matrix>set system password aging 45

set system password history

Use this command to set the number of user login passwords that will be checked for password
duplication. This prevents duplicate passwords from being entered into the system with the set
password command.
set system password history size
Syntax Description
size
Command Defaults
None.
Specifies the number of days user passwords will remain
valid before aging out. Valid values are 1 to 365.
Disables password aging.
Specifies the number of passwords checked for
duplication. Valid values are 0 to 10.
