Use this command to set an SNMP access configuration.
set snmp access groupname security-model {v1 | v2 | v3 {noauth | auth |
authpriv}} [read read] [write write] [notify notify] [volatile | nonvolatile]
What It Displays...
Security level applied to this group. Valid levels
are:
noauth — No authentication or privacy
protocol required.
auth — Authentication but no privacy protocol
required.
authpriv — Authentication and privacy
protocol required.
Whether access entries for this group are stored in
volatile, nonvolatile or read-only memory.
Status of this entry: active, notInService, or
notReady.
Name of the view that allows this group to view
SNMP MIB objects.
Name of the view that allows this group to
configure the contents of the SNMP agent
Name of the view that allows this group to send an
SNMP notification. This can be configured with
the set snmp notify command as described in
Section
