Manual Call Test

Manual Call Test enables you to check the quality of Speech between two ports — Source Port and Destination
Port — of SARVAM UMG without altering the existing call routing configuration.
To conduct Manual Call Test,
Click the Maintenance link to expand.
Click the Manual Call Test link.
In Source Port,
Select the Port Type you want to test from the list.
Select the Port Number you want to test from the list.
Select the Channel Number for T1E1 and BRI Ports.
Enter the Phone Number in the corresponding field. The phone number can be of maximum 16
characters. Valid characters are 0-9, *, #, + and dot (.).
In Destination Port,
Select the Port Type you want to test from the list.
Select the Port Number you want to test from the list.
Select the Channel Number for T1E1 and BRI Ports.
Enter the Phone Number in the corresponding field. The phone number must be a valid number that
the system can outdial. It can be of maximum 16 characters. Valid characters are 0-9, *, #, + and dot
(.).
Click the Call button. SARVAM UMG will out dial the phone number you entered to make a test call
between the Source Port and the Destination Port.
As soon as the test call is made, the System Port Activity page will open. You can view the call states
and status of the ports you are testing on this page.
