In addition to these, SARVAM UMG offers users IP Dialing and Fax over IP (FoIP). It supports Remote Call

Forward, Remote Held, and Remote Transfer using SIP Signaling.

Call Hold enables you to put an on-going conversation on hold and call another person, or receive a call from

another person. You can retrieve the call you put on hold after the conversation with the other party has ended. You

can also retrieve the call you put on hold in the middle of the conversation with the other party.
