5. A maximum of 10 messages can be recorded for Voice Message Waiting - System. A maximum of 128
messages can be set simultaneously for Voice Message Waiting - Individual. One Digital Announce-
ment Trunk Card per message is required.
6. The duration of an announcement is limited to 64 seconds in Voice Message Waiting - System/Individ-
ual.
7. Voice Message Waiting - System/Individual can be automatically cleared by retrieving a message from
a set station.
8. For the Voice Message Waiting - System, more than one connection can be made to a Digital
Announcement Trunk. Secondary connections can be made in the middle of a message. For the Voice
Message Waiting - Individual, only one station can be connected to each Digital Announcement Trunk
Card at a time.
9. Any operations for Voice Message Waiting - System/Individual are not available from a station with a
call in CONSULTATION HOLD - ALL CALLS.
10. The message is repeated until the station goes on hook.
11. Voice Message Waiting - System/Individual can be provided on a system basis.
