match-criteria: Matching rule to be defined.

Table 1-2 describes the available forms of this argument.
Specifies an ACL to match packets. The access-list-number
argument is a number in the range 2000 to 4999 or an ACL name.

time. VLAN ID is in the range 1 to 4094.
