Action
Rotate the upper arm so that the oil plug is
on top of the upper arm and is completely
perpendicular.
DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
CAUTION
The gearbox can contain an excess of
pressure that can be hazardous. Open the
oil plug carefully in order to let out the ex-
cess pressure.
Open the oil plug.
Measure the oil level at the oil plug hole.
Required oil level:
30 mm ± 3 mm below the lower edge
of the oil plug hole.
Add oil if required.
Refit the oil plug, filling.
