Action
Lift the robot and put it safely on its side on
some pallets or similar. Let it rest on the
lower arm. See figure!
CAUTION
The robot base weighs 42 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!
Secure the weight of the base in a roundsling
in an overhead crane or similar.
Unscrew the oil drain hose from the base.
Unscrew the attachment screws (6 pcs) se-
curing the base to the axis 1 gearbox.
