Removing the lower arm
Use this procedure to remove the lower arm.

DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot work-
ing area.
Disconnect the connectors of the cable har-
ness to the lower end in the armhouse.
Pull out the cable harness from the arm-
house.
Remove the cable harness from the lower
arm.
Remove the complete upper arm.
CAUTION
The robot lower arm weighs 20 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!
Secure the weight of the lower arm with a
roundsling in an overhead crane or similar.
