Refitting the lower arm
Use this procedure to refit the complete lower arm.

Action
Unscrew the attachment screws and washers
securing the lower arm to gearbox axis 2.
Lift away the lower arm in a way that the
cable harness is not damaged and put it
somewhere safe.
Action
Wipe the contact surfaces clean on both the
lower arm and gearboxes on axes 2 and 3
with isopropanol.
CAUTION
The robot lower arm weighs 20 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!
Secure the weight of the lower arm with a
roundsling in an overhead crane or similar
and lift it in position.
