Lifting the robot with roundslings
Use this procedure to lift the robot with roundslings.

Move the robot to an appropriate lifting posi-
tion.
Fold the two roundslings in U-shape and attach
them as follows:
run one roundsling through the lug in
the frame, run it on both sides of the
upper arm and secure it safely at the
overhead crane.
put the other roundsling around the axis
3 gearbox and secure it safely at the
overhead crane.
CAUTION
The robot weighs 170 kg
All lifting accessories used must be sized ac-
cordingly!
WARNING
Personnel must not, under any circumstances,
be present under the suspended load!
Raise the overhead crane to lift the robot.
