Removing the axis 2 gearbox
Use this procedure to remove the axis 2 gearbox.

Action
Jog the robot to the position shown in the
figure.
DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot work-
ing area.
Drain the axis 2 gearbox of oil.
CAUTION
Whenever parting/mating motor and gearbox,
the gears may be damaged if excessive force
is used!
Remove the axis 2 motor.
Remove the cable harness from base and
frame.
Remove the complete arm system.
