Action
Refit the complete arm system.
CAUTION
Whenever parting/mating motor and gearbox,
the gears may be damaged if excessive force
is used!
Refit the axis 2 motor. Mate pinion and gear
carefully.
Refit the cable harness in the base and frame.
Perform a leak-down test.
Refill oil in the gearbox.
Recalibrate the robot.
DANGER
Make sure all safety requirements are met
when performing the first test run.
