Removing the complete arm system
Use this procedure to remove the complete arm system.

Action
Jog the robot to a vertical position as shown
in the figure. The upper arm shall be placed
with the wrist pointing at the floor.
DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot work-
ing area.
Remove the cable harness from armhouse
and lower arm.
CAUTION
The robot arm system weighs 55 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!
