Action
Remove the guide pins and fit the two reman-
ing attachment screws.
Refit the complete upper arm.
CAUTION
Whenever parting/mating motor and gearbox,
the gears may be damaged if excessive force
is used!
Refit the axis 3 motor. Mate pinion and gear
carefully!
Refit the cable harness.
Perform a leak-down test.
Refill the gearbox with oil.
Recalibrate the robot.
DANGER
Make sure all safety requirements are met
when performing the first test run.
