DTC 11 13 Actuator Motor Circuit
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The actuator motor is operated by signals from the EC
U. Acceleration and deceleration signals are
transmitted by changes in the Duty Ratio (See note below).
Duty Ratio
The duty ratio is the ratio of the period of continuity in one cycle. For example, if A is the period of
continuity in one cycle, and B is the period of non–continuity, then
Duty Ratio = AA B x 100 (
Code No.
Duty ratio of 100% output to motor
acceleration side.
Overcurrent (short) in motor circuit.
Open in actuator motor circuit.
DIAGNOSTIC CHART
Check actuator motor.
Check harness and connector between
cruise control ECU and actuator motor.
Proceed to next circuit inspection shown
on matrix chart (See page BE–178).
However, when diag. trouble code 11, 13
is displayed, check and replace Cruise
Control ECU.
