Throttle Position Sensor Circuit
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION.
The throttle position sensor detects the throttle valve opening angle and sends signals to the ECM.
DIAGNOSTIC CHART
Throttle position signal check.
Check throttle position sensor.
Check harness and connector between ECM
and throttle position sensor (See page IN–31).
Check and replace ECM.
WIRING DIAGRAM

Proceed to next circuit inspection
shown on matrix chart (See page
AX1–68).
Replace throttle position sensor.
Repair or replace harness or con–
nector.
