CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
Fail Safe Function
If the vehicle speed sensor fails, shift control takes place so that the throttle opening ratio and RPM
are controlled according to the shift control map.
DIAGNOSTIC CHART
Measure voltage between terminal SPD of
combination meter connector and body ground.
0 V Fixed
Measure voltage between terminals SPD and E1
of ECM connector.
Check and repair harness or connector between
combination meter and ECM.

Check speedometer circuit.
