DIAGNOSTIC CHART
Measure voltage between terminals SP 1
and E, of ECM connector.
Measure voltage between terminal 14 of
combination meter center connector and
body ground.
Check combination meter.
Check continuity between terminal SP1 of
ECM connector and body ground.
Replace ECM.

Go to step
Check for open circuit between
ECM and combination meter.
Check for short circuit between
ECM, cruise control ECU and com–
bination meter.
