:DIAGnostic[:MEASure]:POINt?
:DIAGnostic:POINt:CATalog?
Queries the test points available in the instrument.
Usage:
:DIAGnostic[:MEASure]:POINt? <Name>
Triggers voltage or temperature measurement at the specified test point and returns
the measured value.
Use the command
test points.
