6. If the robot is going to work in a water jet
application cell:
• apply Mercasol on unpainted
surfaces between gea box and
turning disk
• apply Mercasol on the screw heads
in the front of the turning disk.
7. Perform a leak-down test.
8. Refill the gearbox with oil.
9. Recalibrate the robot.
