Refitting, gearbox axis 2
The procedure below details how to refit the gearbox axis 2.

11. Fit the lifting tool, gearbox axis 2 to the gearbox.

CAUTION!
The gearbox weighs 100 kg! All lifting equipment
used must be sized accordingly!
13. Remove the gearbox axis 2 using an overhead crane
or similar, with guidance from the mounted guide
pins.
14. Remove the sealing from the lower arm.

DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and
pneumatic pressure supplies to the robot!
For Foundry Prime robots: Do not turn off the
air pressure to motors and SMB.
2. Make sure the o-ring is fitted to the gearbox as
shown in the figure to the right. Lightly lubricate
it with grease.
3. Fit the lifting tool, gearbox axis 2 to the
gearbox.
