DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and
pneumatic pressure supplies to the robot!
For Foundry Prime robots: Do not turn off the
air pressure to motors and SMB.
2. Drain the oil from gearbox, axis 6.
3. Remove the turning disk.
4. Remove the gearbox by unscrewing its 18
attachment screws.
5. If required, apply M8 screws to the holes
shown in the figure beside to press the gearbox
out.
