CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
Tighten
the ·~:::,. · Install and tighten the cylinder head cover special
marked bolts first
bolts to the specified torque.

TORQUE: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7 lbf·ft)
For the rear cylinder head, install the d irect ig nition
coil/spark plug caps.
Connect the PAIR air hose t o the PAIR check reed
valve cover.
Connect the cra nkcase breather hose.
Fo r the f ront cylinder head, install the direct ignit ion
coils and connect the ignition coil connector.
Con nect the PAIR ai r hose to the PAIR check reed
valve covers.
Move the rig ht and left radiator assembly upward,
i nstall bot h radiat ors onto the f ra me boss.
Inst all the collar and bolt, and tighten the left radia -
tor mounting bolt.
