Install the oil cooler hose joints to the each side of
the crankcase and tighten the bolts.
Coat new 0-rings with engine oil and install them
onto the oil cooler pipe flange.
Install t he oil cooler pipes to t he oil cooler.
Install and tighten the oil cooler pipe joint SH bolts
on each side.
Fill the crankcase with recommended engine oil and
check for leaks (page 3-14).
LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Install the oil cooler pipes stays and tighten the SH

bolts securely.
Install the inner half cowl and side cowl (page
2-10).
