Install the side cowl bracket and tighten the bolts.
Install the shock absorber lower bracket onto the
engine.
Install the socket bolts.
Tighten the U-nut to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 42 N·m (4.3 kgf·m , 31 lbf·ft)
Tighten the cap nutto the specified torque.
TORQUE: 39 N ·m (4.0 kgf·m, 29 l bf·ft)
Tighten t he shock absorber lower bracket mounting
bolt pinch bolt securely.
Install the gearshift pedal aligning its split with the
punch mark on the gearshift spindle.
Install and t ighten t he pinch bolt.
