Measure the side clearance for the feed and cooler
pump using a straight edge and fee ler gauge.
SERVICE LIMITS:
Feed pump: 0.10 mm (0.004 in)
Cooler pump: 0.10 mm (0.004 in )

SPRING
Install the feed pump outer and inner rotors onto
the oil pump shaft.
Install the drive pin into the hole in the pu mp shaft
and align the pin w ith the groove in the inner rotor
as shown
Install the thrust washer onto the shaft.
Install the oil pump shaft through the oil pump
body.
