STATOR
Install the stator into the alternator cover.
Apply sea lant to the wire grommet, then install the
wire grommet into the alternat or cover groove
securely.
Install and tighten the torx bolts to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 91bf.ft)
Install the wire holder and tighten the socket bolt to
the specified torque.
TORQUE: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 91bf.ft)
FLYWHEEL
REMOVAL
Remove the alternator cover (page 17-10).
Hold the flywheel using the flywheel holder, then
remove the flywheel bolt.
TOOL:
Flywheel holder
Remove the washer.
