Draw t he needle bea ring out of swingarm using the
special tool.
TOOL:
Bearing remover set 07LMC-KV30100
REAR WHEEL/SUSPENSION
NEEDLE BEARIN G REMOVER
Apply grease to the needle rollers of the new bear- ,---- -- - -- - - - - -- -- - ---,
in g.
Install the needle bearing int o the pivot until the
depth f rom the swingarm out er surface is
5.5- 6.0
mm (0.22- 0.24 in), using the same tool.
A pply grease to the dust seal lips, t hen inst all the
dust seals and pivot colla r into th e swingarm. ...., .•
