Install the brake pad retainer onto the caliper
bracket.
Note the mstalfatlon
Install the pad spring into the caliper body.

PAD SPRING
Apply silicone grease to the boot inside, then install
them. CALIPER BODY
Assemble the caliper and bracket.
Install the rear brake pads (page 15-17).
INSTALLATION
HYDRAULIC BRAKE
CALIPER BRACKET
Temporarily install the brake hose eyelet joints to ,.---- - - - - - - - - - -- ------.
the caliper body with new sealing washers and oil BRAKE CALIPER/BRACKET ASSEMBLY
bolts.
Install the caliper/bracket assembly onto the caliper
support.
Install and tigh ten the new caliper bracket bolt to
the specified torque.
TORQUE: 31 N·m (3.2 kgf·m, 23 lbf·ft}
Push the brake hose eyelet to the stopper on the cal-
iper, then tighten the oil bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 34 N·m (3.5 kgf·m, 25 lbf·ft}
Fill and bleed the rear brake hydraulic system (page
15·7).
