HULL - FRONT PART
RE PLACING THE FRONT FRAMEWORK
PREPARATION
- Removal and refitting of the front osse-nbly ·

- Replacing the front components - 11.0512
REMOVAL OF THE DETACHABLE CC».tPOHEHTS
- Removal of the bonnet
INTERVENTION OH THE CAR
- Straighten the domoged ports.
· Cut the side brackets flush with. :
(a) ·the wing valances
(b) - the upper frornework cross piece.
- Cut the front framework flush with :
(c) - the front ports of the valances
(d) - the cross piece supports
(e} - The lower cross piece.
- Cut the lower brackets flush with :
(f) ·
the wing valances
(g) - the buttresses
(h) • the framework
- Free the electric welded spots
(i) - on the wing valances
(j) ·on the cross p1 ece support
(k) - on the inside of the lower cross piece
(I) - on the buttresses
HOTE ·To avoid d1stort1an of the components to
be kept, unfasten the thick panels by dnlling the
electric welded spots.
- Straighten and smooth the damaged ports of the
components to be kept, refil I the holes, smooth
the od101ning edges .
PREPARATION OF THE HEW COMPONENT
- Cl eon the edges
to
be welded.
