REMOVAL
- Remove the engine as per procedure
indicated in
class 3, page 02 03, by moving the differential
backwards.
- Mork the mechanism in relation with the fly-
wheel.
- Unscrew the six screws using on Allen key of
6 mm ocros s flo1.
- Remove the mechanism and the clutch disc.
- Clean, check and replace used ports.

- Check the bearing surface of the disc on the
flywheel ; if necessary remove and true up the
bear ng surface o on o lathe. It is o so neces-
sary that the some metal thickness be removed
on port b of the flywheel receiving the mecha-
nism in order not to alter the diaphragm tension.
- Position the disc correctly (flexible hub towards
the gearbox) and centre it using tool 8.0207.
- Fat the mechoni sm according to the marks made
ot the time of removal
- Hoving replaced the Onduflex washers tighten
t
he
screws to
11 ft
. lbs ( 1.5 m.kg).
- Check thrust bo 11 bearing for cond 1t ion and re-
place at if necessary
(refer
to class 2 page 04
01).
- Pock the splines and front port of the drive
shaft with Molykote os well as the thrust boll
beoring guide sleeve.
- Refit engine as per procedure indicated in class
3, page 02 11.
